The Board provides strategic direction and oversight, while executive management is responsible for day-to-day operations. Standing Board committees — Finance & Audit, Technical, Human Resources and Procurement — review performance, risk and compliance in line with the Water Supply and Sanitation Act and applicable regulations.
NWWSSCL is regulated by NWASCO and reports annually on service delivery, financial performance and environmental stewardship.
